2 Account Register

To open an account on Bagi Live, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Your account is strictly personal and must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Keep your password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration are used for communication purposes.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Bagi Live is strictly for adults. You are not eligible to use Bagi Live if you do not meet the following conditions:

• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

We will send an email notification before any account closure. Deposited funds will not be withheld without valid reason.

11 Liability Limits

Bagi Live is not responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If a user's own negligence results in their password or account credentials being accessed by another party.
• Delays or errors caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In all cases, Bagi Live's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Legal Matters & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. The following process will be followed to resolve any dispute between Bagi Live and a user:

• Step Two: If the issue cannot be resolved directly, please submit a formal written complaint.
• Step Three: If both parties agree, the matter will be resolved through mediation.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.
